Hi Exec Team,
I'd like to submit an official offer letter for 1150 S Hope St by Friday. We have 2
proposals, one from Telacu ($526,946) and one from KPRS ($387,202). Two other GCs may be
submitting proposals this week.
Looking at page 3 of the KPRS proposal, I'd like your input on which line items we can
request the owner to cover. I took at stab, but it doesn't add up to a whole lot. Let me
know what you think.
